Utkin Pavel Petrovich (1920-1990)
He was born in Bosyakovo village in Kashinsky area, Tver government. He has graduated from Leningrad Art School in 1940. The same yaer he was called up to Red Army. He has taken part in the Great World War. He has got administrative rewards. He entered the Academy of Arts in 1947 and graduated from art faculty, studio of B.V.Ioganson in 1953. In 1954 he became the leader of Art Studio in Culture House “Svyaz” (for adult and for children). In 1960 he took part in the all-Union exhibition in Moskow with his picture “Young artist”. The same year he went through to Leningrad branch of Artist Union. From 1965 to 1985 apart from working at Cultural House “Svyaz” he was also teaching at Middle Art School for deaf-and-dumb people in Pavlovsk city. During his studying in the Academy o Arts he took part in two geologic expeditions to Siberia as an artist. The result of it was his diploma – the picture “Geokogists”, which now can be seen in Art Museum of the Academy of Arts. He actively took part in city art dйcor for celebration of Soviet an Revolution holidays, was the author of placards. He actively took part in the all-Union, regional and city exhibitions. His retrospective personal exhibition was after his death, in 1990 in the halls of Leningrad branch of Artist union. The majority of his pictures were bought by French galleries after his death.

1958:- landscapes for dйcor of “Maxim Gorky” tanker saloon. 1960:-picture “Young artist”. It was bought by MK Art fund at the all-Union exhibition. 1963:-portrait of composer List for Musical Theatre in Samarqand 1965:-did a state custom – a gallery of portraits of the Great World War heroes. 1966:-picture “Ulyanov- gymnasium-student” for Omsk Polytechnic Museum. 1968:-panel “We are building communism” and “Geologists” were bought by Art fund for Alist city Museum. 1970:-portrait of K.E. Tchiolkovsky for Army-Machinal Institute (Leningrad). 1977:-pictures “May in BAM” and “Geologists” are painted by order of Leningrad Union of Soviet Artists. 1985:-portrait of Slava Kuznetchov – the chevalier of 3 medals by order of Leningrad Union of Soviet Artists.
