Kapustsinski (Kapustcinki) Viktor Evgenievich (1917-?)
He was born in 1917 in the town of Velikie Luki. He studied in Leningrad secondary art school and in the Academy of Arts (1939-1941, 1945-1952) under the direction of A.D. Zaitsev and K.I. Rudakov. His diploma work, illustrations to Shishkov’s Novel “Emelian Pugachev” are exhibited in the museum of Academy of Arts of the USSR (the diploma was made under the direction of M.A. Taranov). He created illustration to A.P. Chekhov’s “Motley stories” (1965) and L.N. Tolstoi’s novel “War and Peace” (1969). He took part in All-Union, regional and municipal exhibitions since 1952. His works are in museum and private collections. |
